you wont believe that a LG mobile phone can be unlock so easily. I tried this with 2 mobile phones both worked.
step 1: without sim 2945#*# and choose factory reset
in lg 3g phone 277634#*# ( i have not tested to 3g phones i got some other codes also so if that doesn't work uses these and see 47328545454# & 277634#*# ) if it worked u should get a spacial menu screenstep 2:On this screen there will be 2 options one will be factory setting one of them will be factory reset first do the other and then do the factory reset the phone might switch off once you do this
step 3:Now put the sim and switch on the phone and go to settings on connections change the frequency to your country frequency ( i am in sri lnaka so i used Europe which works for me ).make sure that the network selection is auto.
Step 4:restart the phone again :) it should work now. if it does don't forget to leave a comment so that i know that it helped.
i checked this with LG 1400i and LG C1500. both worked fine :)
i got some other links for sites but thous are not tested ill put it here so that it might help. you can try some and see if your willing to.
